Zotman Curl
To strengthen the biceps and the muscles that pronate the forearms

Mechanics

  • The execution is the same as the dumbbell curls.
  • Using a neutral grip, alternately curl the dumbbell up to shoulder height.
  • When lowering the dumbbell, the forearm is turn inward toward the body, and the palm is facing toward the ground.
