Squat & Box Jumps

The exercises included are bilateral (double leg) jumps which emphasize maximal lower body power and good landing technique.

Types of Jumps

Progression

The program progresses double leg jumps in the following order:

  1. Tuck Jumps
  2. Box Jumps
  3. Squat Jumps
  4. 90° Jumps (for Pitchers)
  5. Drop Jumps (for Position Players)
