Split Jumps

Split jumps are included in the pitchers program and are an excellent type of plyometric jump for improving single leg power and landing stability.

Progression

The program progresses split jumps in the following order:

  1. Kneeling Split Jumps
  2. Standing Split Jumps
  3. Pitcher Squat Jumps (foot on bench)
  4. Cycle (Alternating) Split Jumps
