Lateral Bounding

The exercises included are variations of lateral bounding exercise. The goal is to improve power in moving side to side and diagonally. There is a single leg emphasis in in any bounding exercise .

Types of Jumps

Progression

The program progresses double leg jumps in the following order:

  1. Lateral Bounds
  2. Alternating Skater Bounds (Alt. Lateral Bounds)
  3. 2-1 Lateral Bounds
  4. Diagonal Bounds
