The exercises included are variations of lateral bounding exercise. The goal is to improve power in moving side to side and diagonally. There is a single leg emphasis in in any bounding exercise .

The program progresses double leg jumps in the following order:
- Lateral Bounds
- Alternating Skater Bounds (Alt. Lateral Bounds)
- 2-1 Lateral Bounds
- Diagonal Bounds
