Mechanics

  • Using a neutral grip (with both palms facing each other), keep the arms bent. (Imagine you’re hugging someone).
  • Initiate the pull by retracting the shoulder blades and driving the elbow up and back (the movement is very small).
  • Return the weight back to start position.
